Role Overview
The Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales team to increase meeting, conference, incentive, and exhibition business. They will be a business partner with the Director of Sales and colleagues to follow up on confirmed business. The role requires meeting with event organizers, reviewing scheduled events, and providing excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting with event organizers, reviewing scheduled events, and providing “One Non Stop” service to all MICE business. This includes greeting customers, negotiating and up-selling services and products, event orders and change log preparation, and other necessary follow up.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with the Sales team and event organizers
