Financial Analyst (2) – Corporate Finance

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will work in the Corporate Finance business, preparing and analyzing financial information, creating financial models, and conducting research on sectors, companies, and potential buyers.

Responsibilities include preparing financial models, coordinating business due diligence, and building relationships with clients and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Strong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of full-time investment banking experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
• Excellent understanding of financial statements analysis
• Excellent understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a highly organised manner
