About The Role
The Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and performing all activities related to the billing process, and providing follow-up support to billing attorneys, Attorney Support, practice office staff, and clients in all aspects related to billing, while preparing and analysing complex client billing, ensures all client guidelines, internal protocol, and firm guidelines are followed and enforced. This role will be located in our Frankfurt office. This role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison between billing attorney, Attorney Support, Revenue Operations, and clients’ staff by providing expert level subject matter support; responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
- Communicating with customers to ensure their request from the billing staff is being met; updating customers on status of tasks and/or projects; liaising with global Billing teams to provide local level logistical and technical support
- Liaising with local Finance Committee member in support of Finance Committee objectives; preparing for and participating in quarterly Finance Committee calls and facilitating any actionable next steps resulting from calls
- Liaising with eBilling team to ensure corrective action is in place for future submissions
- Generating and reviewing proformas from Elite 3E (pre-existing or generating new charges), providing project analyses as directed with the use of the 3E system for various reports
Qualifications
- Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with people at all organisational levels
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- Organisational skills to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
- Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment including exposure to billing and collections, VAT and disbursements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, preferably
