FP&A Analyst – APAC

As a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst on the Strategic Finance team, you will be a critical contributor to financial planning, reporting, and operational insight. You will work closely with Accounting and other cross-functional teams to support month-end close, deliver monthly reporting, and build out financial models and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related role (preferably in SaaS / tech)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and an emphasis on accuracy
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
• Comfortable problem-solving in ambiguity and adapting to a fast-changing environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Prior business partnering or stakeholder management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (able to distill complex analyses into clear insights)
• Experience with financial planning / FP&A tools (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful)
• Exposure to automation / AI tools, data pipelines, or scripting (Python, SQL)
