Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Operations) (SEC/CON)

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting key decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • An accounting designation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial processes and complex data analysis methodologies following established accounting principles and standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI, with strong working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori considered strong assets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading system enhancements, automating workflows, and resolving complex financial discrepancies.
  • Experience with system implementation, including test script development, testing tools, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of building and sustaining strong business relationships.
