Head of Growth Marketing and Lifecycle

Role Overview

Leapsome is looking for a Head of Growth & Lifecycle to architect and lead the engine behind our next stage of global expansion. The successful candidate will join the Marketing Leadership Team to own the strategy and execution of our high-stakes demand engine.

What You Will Do

The role involves architecting the AI-augmented Growth Engine, owning the revenue & pipeline mandate, designing market-focused GTM, mastering the full buyer journey, and partnering for GTM excellence.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just lead generation
• Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on AI fluency and experience in successfully embedding AI-tools and agents into marketing workflows for faster decisions and improved scalability
• Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
• Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets
• Strong partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand & Community, Partnerships & Field, Customer Success and executive stakeholders
• Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing growth teams
• A builder mentality with high agency and strong execution instincts
