Learnosity, the global leader in assessment technology, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow its presence in AI-powered search (AEO & GEO) and manage its digital presence. The role involves developing and executing a roadmap of experiments to improve answer engine performance and discoverability, owning the website as a conversion asset, and managing a paid media agency.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on AEO and/or GEO experience
- Strong SEO fundamentals: technical, on-page, and content-led
- Experience managing paid media agencies or running Google/LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- CRO experience and comfort with website analytics
- 5+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
- Excellent communicator – comfortable presenting data and recommendations to senior stakeholders
