Role Overview

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to help drive sustainable growth across our Iberian business through strategic partnerships with retail customers, both online and offline. You’ll combine commercial thinking, relationship management, and collaboration to create value for customers, consumers, and our business.

What You Will Do

Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail partners, build and execute sustainable commercial plans, manage customer performance, and contribute to profitable P&L delivery.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’ll be part of the Iberian Key Account Management team, collaborating closely with colleagues across marketing, digital, forecasting, operations, and customer development. Occasional travel within Iberia and Europe may be required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector working with e-commerce customers or omnichannel retail
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience building and maintaining successful customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and diligence
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, as well as strong English business proficiency
