Federal Business Development Leader – Cyber Growth for CISA/DHS

The Homeland Sector is seeking a Federal Business Development Leader to drive enterprise growth across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), DHS Headquarters, and related federal cyber mission partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years (Manager) or 13+ years (Senior Manager) in federal business development, capture, or growth leadership.
• Demonstrated success shaping and winning opportunities within CISA and/or DHS cyber environments.
• Deep understanding of DHS cyber priorities including: Zero Trust Architecture implementation, CDM and enterprise cyber modernization, TIC 3.0 and network transformation, Critical infrastructure protection and resilience, Cyber operations / threat detection.
• Experience influencing acquisition strategy pre-solicitation.
• Experience on large IDIQ/GWAC vehicles and multi-award competitive environments.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
