Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
  • Sales experience preferred (B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or customer-facing roles)
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and industries
  • High level of computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability (or strong potential) to close deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable with a desire to grow within a sales organization
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
