Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Sales experience preferred (B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or customer-facing roles)
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and industries
- High level of computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability (or strong potential) to close deals in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable with a desire to grow within a sales organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
