Project Marketing Manager

Lendlease is seeking a Project Marketing Manager to support two luxury residential addresses in Sydney. The successful candidate will lead and refine the integrated sales and marketing strategy to sustain momentum and drive sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
• 8+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
• Experience in luxury or premium residential property preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong agency and supplier management experience
• Ability to leverage market and customer insights to develop effective marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital channels and performance analytics
