Role Overview

The Go-to-Market Manager plays a critical role in enabling strategic growth and business transformation across the North America business. Reporting into the Strategy & Enablement organization, this role serves as a trusted advisor to segment leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, investments, and measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

The Go-to-Market Manager works closely with Segment Sales Leaders, Finance, HR, IDG/ISG/SSG Business Units, and other cross-functional partners to evaluate market opportunities, optimize investments, execute GTM transformation, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Finance OR 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, BU leadership, or other strategic leadership experience.
