Role Overview
A strategic, detail-oriented Principal Program Financial Analyst will help drive financial performance across mission-critical naval power programs, partnering closely with program management, engineering, operations, contracts, and business leadership.
What You Will Do
Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for assigned naval power programs and portfolios, serving as a trusted finance business partner to Program Managers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in program finance, financial planning and analysis, or project controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, earned value concepts, cost accounting, and financial reporting
- Experience supporting government contracts and familiarity with FAR/DFARS, CAS, EAC, and defense-program financial requirements
