Marketing & Communications Manager

Role Overview

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business achievement. You will lead the Fermentis brand image building and communication across APAC, plan and execute marketing campaigns, and oversee the localization of brand assets. You will also collaborate with the global product team and APAC sales to manage product portfolios and gather customer feedback.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include market analysis, strategic planning, brand building, marketing campaigns, product management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the APAC sales team, technical applications team, supply chain team, and finance team to provide comprehensive marketing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies
• Solid experience in people management and team development
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with APAC social media and website management
• Experience with Adobe tools is an asset
• Fluent in English/Chinese
