Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist serves as the frontline operational expert for the global team of sellers, collaborating with sellers throughout the sales process, ensuring compliance with internal legal, financial, and delivery procedures, and meeting booking/revenue targets.
What You Will Do
Process sales orders efficiently, solve problems, assist sellers with contract routing, and review, validate, and document sales transactions using the global CRM system, Salesforce.com.

Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce.com and/or other CRM applications
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus
