Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying potential clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building effective relationships with key stakeholders. This is a permanent full-time role based in Chatswood, Sydney head office with flexible work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with demonstrated years of work experience in Sales preferably in the legal solutions market
  • Be able to demonstrate high levels of achievement and performance against sales objectives
  • Proficient in solution selling or software sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and numeracy skills
  • Be able to collaborate and partner to meet customer needs
