LexisNexis is looking for a Business Development Manager – Regulatory Compliance to join their sales team. The role involves identifying and winning new customers, engaging senior decision-makers, and positioning software-led solutions to solve business problems. The ideal candidate is a pure new business hunter with 3+ years of strong B2B sales experience, thrives on prospecting, and enjoys building momentum through high activity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Background in SaaS, software, legal, compliance, professional services or similar
  • Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle end‐to‐end
  • Strong prospecting, qualification and closing skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a consultative sales environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation capability
  • CRM experience (Salesforce exposure highly regarded)
  • A genuine hunter mindset — driven, resilient and motivated by results
