We are seeking a Data Analyst to develop and ensure the integrity and quality of our organization’s data assets. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Develop ETL processes to integrate company databases and external data sources.
- Design and develop stored procedures, views and functions using T-SQL.
- Create reports and data visualizations in Tableau
- Conduct data quality assessments and develop strategies to identify and mitigate data integrity issues.
- Responds to Data Reporting Help Desk requests.
- Ensure the quality of the data that is available to end users
- Identify and lead operational improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes which make the team more efficient
- Collaborate with teams that support us (IT, HIT, Quality)
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with staff at all levels throughout the agency.
- Completes all required documentation, in timelines in accordance with program standards.
