Role Overview

Join the team and build the commercial machine of a B2B SaaS startup in hyper-growth. As the Founding Sales, you will work directly with the CEO to transform a solid base into a commercial war machine.

What You Will Do

Master the complex sales cycle, open the doors of Purchasing Directors of CAC40/SBF120 groups, manage strategic closing and onboarding, and lay the foundations of the future by refining the GTM, messages, and targeting.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in complex B2B sales (SDR/BDR or AE), ideally in SaaS
  • Fluent English is essential (international travel and US expansion under 12-24 months)
  • Comfortable with C-Level interlocutors
  • Obsessive results culture
