Lead CRO & Web Analyst

Role Overview

The Lead CRO & Web Analyst will be responsible for the conversion of end-to-end, building the conversion strategy, and defending it. They will bring the numbers that go with it, turn a machine of experimentation that produces lessons and not just tests, and be the guarantor of their site.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities will be to build and carry the conversion strategy, be the owner of the conversion rate of the site, run a machine of experimentation, and be the guarantor of their site.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in conversion optimization and web analytics, with a strong mastery of GA4 and GTM, A/B testing platforms, and UX analytics tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in conversion optimization and web analytics
• Very good mastery of GA4 and GTM
• A/B testing platform (AB Tasty or equivalent)
• UX analytics tool (Contentsquare or equivalent)
• Autonomy on a CMS
• Real statistical rigor
• Ability to write and create titles, value propositions, CTAs, and reassurance
• Experience in maintaining a site over time
• Multidisciplinary team experience (acquisition, product, tech, design, data, compliance)
