Role Overview
The Publisher Account Manager will help onboard, manage, and grow publisher partner relationships, and provide support to the clients of the IQVIA Publisher Suite. This individual will work closely with publisher development, sales, client services and product and engineering teams to implement and grow the usage of the IQVIA platform within publisher organizations.
What You Will Do
Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships, manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners, build solid customer relationships and serve as a point person for customer inquiries, and troubleshoot and uncover publisher issues & issues in the endemic marketplace around campaign delivery, revenue, fill rate, etc.

Requirements
- 2 years of account management, publisher management, customer support and/or ad operations experience; preferably in programmatic advertising, inventory management, with experience in identity and measurement solutions
- Highly motivated, energetic, desire to grow, ambitious
- Detail oriented and must have flexibility to work with diverse projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients
- High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
