Role Overview
Key Account Manager will shape and grow the Intravenous Iron landscape in the East Anglia region, working autonomously to achieve targets in secondary care. The role involves developing business plans, identifying bottlenecks, and providing strategies for success. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical aptitude and be highly accountable.
What You Will Do
Develop business plans to drive growth of the product on territory, work alongside a Customer Engagement Manager to identify bottlenecks and provide strategies for success, and maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies.

We are looking for someone with a record of success, who thrives on challenges, enjoys accountability, and seeks new ways of driving sales. Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is desirable but not essential.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working autonomously to achieve targets in secondary care
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- ABPI qualification
- High level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skills
- Ability to develop positive relationships with all business partners
- Driving licence – max of 6 points
