As an Oncology Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of sales representatives to promote product solutions to physicians, drive sales objectives, and exceed corporate forecast. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the skill sets of the sales team, as well as identifying and monitoring local market conditions to build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, and 2+ years of regional oncology field management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Advanced Degree Preferred
- 7+ Years of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry experience
- Experience in the Oncology marketplace required
- 2+ Years of regional Oncology field management experience
