Role Overview
Lead a team of 12 employees in a region, responsible for vaccine offers in pharmacies, implementing these offers safely, structured, and sustainably, and contributing to the increase in vaccine sales.
What You Will Do
Lead the acquisition and activation of new pharmacies, train and enable employees to use training as an implementation and sales lever, and develop partnerships and sales development in the region.

Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams in a healthcare/pharma/apothecary environment
- Experience with multichannel/omnichannel setups
- Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
- German and English on a professional level
