Role Overview
The Senior Deal Desk Strategist will serve as a strategic advisor to LinkedIn’s Field Sales team, managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and facilitating complex deal structures and requests. The role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s policies, processes, and systems, as well as the ability to advise, coach, and train Sales Reps daily.
What You Will Do
The Senior Deal Desk Strategist will manage cases in queue, deliver APAC Deal Desk growth, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of deals, sales, and accounts. They will also advise the Sales organization on quoting, pricing strategy, and deal flow, and contribute to discussions among sales representatives to reach agreements on contract terms.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in deal desk, contracts, pricing, management consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in pre-sales, partner management, or partner operations.
- At least one year of hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and practical knowledge of AI-enabled tools.
- Business-level fluency in English and Mandarin for internal and external collaboration.
