The Growth Marketing Lead, Paid Media role is a senior strategist position that oversees SEM end-to-end, makes smart budget calls across channels, and brings analytical rigour to scale spend with confidence. This hybrid role will be responsible for SEM media buying and scaling, cross-channel budget allocation, paid media measurement and attribution oversight, and strategic comms with Finance. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, hands-on Google Ads expertise, fluency in measurement and attribution, and strong financial acumen.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on Google Ads expertise
- Fluency in measurement and attribution
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience managing strategic platform partnerships (Google, Meta, or similar)
- Comfort operating in a PLG/freemium SaaS environment
