Role Overview
The Subcontracts Management business partner will provide dedicated, direct support and be responsible for comprehensive, end-to-end lifecycle management of Procurement/Subcontracts activities in direct support of high-priority government program.
What You Will Do
Administer the full lifecycle of subcontracts and purchase orders, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, execute sourcing activities, and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.

Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in subcontracts administration, procurement, sourcing, acquisition, or purchasing within a government contracting environment
- Demonstrated expertise with FAR, DFARS, and associated federal acquisition regulations
- Proven ability to perform complex cost/price analysis and supplier proposal evaluation
- Comprehensive understanding of various subcontract and purchase order types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.) and awareness of related risk profiles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with a proactive, customer-focused, and mission-oriented approach
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AI tools
