Role Overview
The AVP role will be a key player in turning ideas into actions that drive the future growth of LPL, and deeper engagement with our financial advisors into reality. We are looking for candidates who are adept at identifying market opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, reaching product-market fit, and tracking results.
What You Will Do
Lead and support initiatives that will have a material impact on LPL and our clients, build strategic perspectives and lead project execution, collaborate with key partners and leaders across LPL, interact with advisors to receive feedback and uncover insights, lead data insights and reporting for assigned projects, create and deliver presentations, and support business continuity planning efforts.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in either strategy or management consulting in areas that include; growth strategy, growth “hacking”, innovation and new ventures, product strategy & development, business management
- Analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data + insights and present in an actionable manner
- Superior people and communication skills
- Superior presentation skills & ability to build a story narrative
- Able to take complex topics and make them easy to understand
- Experience of merging human-centered design with growth strategy
