AVP, Product Enablement Manager

Role Overview

LPL Financial is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to support organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for enabling teams to execute efficiently by supporting planning processes, maintaining operational rigor, driving performance visibility, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.

The Product Enablement Manager will partner with leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and consistency across key initiatives. This role will support planning, reporting, governance, and operational processes that help ensure successful delivery of business priorities and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, product operations, consulting, enablement, strategy, or a related function
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving execution within a matrixed organization
• Experience using project and work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Experience developing, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, or reporting
