Role Overview

As a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer relationships within the coatings industry, with a particular focus on selling high-performance resins and polymers to Filtration, Specialty Paper and Adhesives customers.

Manage and grow key accounts, develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or field related to the role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or technical sales role within the paper or nonwovens industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding of the coatings industry and the ability to translate complex technical information into customer-friendly solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
