Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will run all of Marketing for Lucky Lincoln Gaming, working with Regional Directors, District Managers, and Field Team to learn what brings players into a venue and keeps them coming back. The role involves controlling marketing spend, building a player loyalty program, running campaigns for owned gaming parlors, rebuilding the website, and positioning the brand for a younger audience.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will own all of Marketing for Lucky Lincoln Gaming, including the annual plan, budget, and results. They will also work with location owners to learn what drives traffic and loyalty, build a player loyalty program, and run campaigns for currently owned gaming parlors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• A track record in multi-unit, decentralized consumer businesses
• Proven ability to drive customers through physical doors with local marketing, events, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Hands-on experience building and running loyalty or CRM programs
• Working command of digital and direct channels
• Experience marketing to business owners or franchisees while growing their end-customer traffic
• Executive presence that earns buy-in from an ambitious leadership team
• Eligible for disclosure to the Illinois Gaming Board as a sales agent, and able to maintain eligibility under applicable Illinois gaming regulations
