Digital Marketing Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Finance Coordinator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will work with multiple third-party vendors, invoicing programs, and accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. They will also work with the Media and Finance teams to ensure planned spend is accurately recorded in forecasting and planning files.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working within Accounts Payable / billing departments
• Experience with Business Spend Management platforms (Ex. Coupa)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience within Media platforms (Google, FB)
• Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives
