lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join their team in Kamloops, British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on the store product strategy, leading inventory shifts, and ensuring both the floor and back of house are stocked and well-organized.
Requirements
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life
- Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities
- Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing)
- Engage team members in inventory management
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions
