Product Operations Lead | West Edmonton Mall

The Product Operations Lead is responsible for executing on the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life, oversee inventory processing and accuracy, and engage team members in inventory management. The role also requires participating in the store’s hiring process, addressing team member performance, and contributing to a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
• Must have 1 year of work experience
• Must have some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics
• Must have some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others
