Senior Solutions Engineer

Join Luminor as a Senior Solutions Engineer and shape a modern Customers Platform by enabling seamless integration between Salesforce and internal systems. Develop cloud-native solutions, collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s mission to build a local banking champion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Kotlin or Java
• Experience with Quarkus, or similar cloud-native frameworks (Micronaut, Spring Boot)
• Solid grasp of integration patterns REST, event-driven architecture, message queues, SYNC/ASYNC communication
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiarity with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Kargo) is a strong plus
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Comfort with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
• Experience with test automation and quality-driven development
• Background in middleware/integration development – connectors, adapters, data sync
• Salesforce knowledge is a nice-to-have
• Understanding of API security best practices
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
