Role Overview
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, self-driven, ambitious talent to build and maintain relationships with Enterprise customers, providing training, support, and guidance as needed.
What You Will Do
The role includes providing training, support, and guidance as needed, identifying and addressing potential issues, upselling and cross-selling our products and services, generating referrals, and owning the customer throughout the renewal process.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Business fluent English and fluency in either French or German
