Field Marketing Manager – Events, Retail & Canvassing. Lead face-to-face marketing efforts across Events, Retail activations, and Canvassing. Recruit, train, and coach high-performing teams of promoters and canvassers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams in field marketing, events, retail promotions, canvassing, or face-to-face sales (home improvement, bath/shower remodeling, solar, or similar industries preferred)
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and lead teams to consistently achieve goals
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate people and hold them accountable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — outgoing, persuasive, and professional
  • Data-driven mindset and comfortable using Excel or CRM tools to track performance
  • Availability to work weekends and some evenings (peak times for events and retail)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 30–50 lbs for event setup
  • Must pass a background check
