Lyra Health is seeking a Client Services Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing Services for corporate clients in the MENA region. The role involves account management, learning and development, and requires a consultative approach to work with clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive client services experience, a thorough understanding of corporate and individual wellbeing, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Good appreciation and understanding of corporate and individual wellbeing
- Suitable qualification or experience in business or wellbeing
- More than 5 years of client services work experience and B2B experience
- Experience of working in the Middle East region is desirable
- Experience of working internationally is a distinct advantage
