We’re actively recruiting a Strategy & Business Intelligence Manager as we continue to scale our leadership team in Ghana. You’ll serve as the analytical engine and strategic advisor that shapes critical business decisions driving financial progress for everyday earners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business intelligence, analytics, or management consulting, with a proven track record in high-growth commercial environments.
- Proven track record in data analytics within a commercial setting, working with dashboards and analytical frameworks
- Strategic analysis experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership decision-making with data-driven recommendations
- Financial modelling skills — business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario models that stand up to CFO scrutiny
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and hands-on BI tool experience (building dashboards, not just consuming them)
- Statistical analysis capability — regression, correlation, significance testing, and experimentation design
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, influencing outcomes across departments through insights and analysis
