Macy’s is looking for a Retail Customer Experience Associate to create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-caliber service, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will prioritize customer satisfaction, drive cross-category sales, and work across different departments daily. You will also be responsible for client relationship building through outreach tools like My Client and social media, and support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
