What You Will Do
Manage customer service cases of medium and high complexity, provide agile, professional, and efficient customer service, and work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and commercial teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related areas
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, international trade, or foreign trade
- General knowledge of international trade and logistics processes
- Advanced English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
