General Manager – FP&A

Develop and support the implementation of the operating and financial plan required to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. Translate strategy into actionable plans, strong governance, and high-quality performance insights. Build a broad understanding of business challenges and how they impact the Group’s financial position through rigorous financial analysis, growth/return assessments, and project-based work.

Requirements

• Develop and support the implementation of the operating and financial plan required to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, strong governance, and high-quality performance insights
• Build a broad understanding of business challenges and how they impact the Group’s financial position through rigorous financial analysis, growth/return assessments, and project-based work
• Provide insights to support investment and capital-allocation decisions
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts
• Support the Senior Leadership Team with data-driven, predictive analysis
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Group’s cash-flow position
• Develop and evaluate financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Drive and support financial process improvements
• Monitor Group investments
• Drive group company valuations
• Engage with auditors and business teams to support impairment assessments and accounting standards compliance
