Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading Account Management teams
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented and driven individuals
  • Experience in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization
  • Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in a fast-growth environment
  • Sales experience in the CMMS industry or B2B SaaS startup
