The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) role is responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across MAK to provide insights and support to the CEO, CFO, and other executive leaders. The role involves collaborating with the Executive team, setting monthly reporting frameworks, and producing management accounts, as well as optimizing operations through reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Experienced
- Strong accounting background
- FP&A expertise and experience in a similar context/role
- Advanced Excel skills and data / BI-centric mindset
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must have a hands-on approach.
- Experience managing risk and implementation of process improvements.
