This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, social evolution, and operational delivery, for someone who can move seamlessly across thinking, execution, and orchestration. This is a build-it, run-it, scale-it environment where marketing connects directly to product, operations, and real-world outcomes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, social, or integrated campaign roles
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong experience in social media strategy, content ecosystems, and community-led growth
- Commercially minded — able to connect marketing execution to business performance outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior partners and align multiple teams
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environments
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and external partners
- Background in tech, platform, delivery, or consumer-facing businesses is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong narrative ability
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
