Senior Associate, Fund Finance Operations

Man Group is seeking a Senior Associate for Fund Finance Operations to lead a newly created role within Investment Operations, providing operational support, oversight, and subject matter expertise to Man Varagon’s fund finance strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of CLO or other operational structured finance experience
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus)
• Knowledge of IVP and WSO a plus
• Comfortable working with large sets of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
