Role Overview
As Business Development Manager, you will set priorities for customer acquisition to develop the business with Power System Division in the Heavy Duty Offroad area. You will ensure the growth rate is optimized between rapid gains and medium- to long-term project acquisitions. You will also manage European Power-System Division as Key Account Manager.
What You Will Do
Define sales strategy per customer, take over sales responsibility for ongoing / acquired customer projects, coordinate sales plans with European sales organizations, and conduct commercial and technical negotiations with customers.

Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Engineering, Business Administration or comparable
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the sales area
- Experience in technical sales or engineering
- In-depth knowledge in the HD-Offroad area (Agriculture / Construction) is an advantage
- Fluent and negotiable German and English skills, further foreign languages are an advantage
