CDO Modelling and Analytics Manager

Role Overview

Develop centralised automated datasets and models to meet business and function analytics teams’ needs globally. Build knowledge of Marex’s business operations to work towards systematic data development. Partner with enterprise data engineers, businesses, and analytics teams to source, report, and model data for the firm.

What You Will Do

Develop datasets, prototype new datasets, and maintain an overall view of target state data requirements. Respond to commercial challenges, support AI deployment, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience using data analytics, modelling, and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, or Power BI
• Experience with advanced Excel functions
• Experience developing or improving financial reporting, dashboards, and analytical processes
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, including identifying and resolving data-quality issues
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry and products
• Strong stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements
