Role Overview
Provide tier 1 payroll support, escalate inquiries, and adhere to service level agreements. Responsible for payroll reporting, paystub delivery, and process evaluation.
What You Will Do
Log inquiries, create work instruction documentation, and conduct timekeeping audits. Provide banking reports and comply with internal controls.
