Associate Director – Financial Planning & Analysis

Mercer is seeking an Associate Director – Financial Planning & Analysis based in the Gurgaon office. The role will provide financial planning, decision support, reporting and analytics support to business partners and leadership teams to achieve business and financial objectives.

Requirements

• CA / MBA related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis preferable in multinational companies
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels in English
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent presentation skills
